HBA of NEPA is a northeast Pennsylvania’s premier resource for the building trades and building industry suppliers. Our Mission
The Home Builders Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (HBA of NEPA), a not-for-profit trade association of professionals affiliated with the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and represents the builder and businesses related to the building industry. Through its members’ contributions of quality, affordable housing to the standard of living in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, the HBA of Northeastern PA serves as the leader and spokesman for the building industry.

Membership with meaning
As a member of a local association, you join a unified voice for advocacy for the home building industry and housing consumer by providing proactive leadership on national and state regulatory and legislative issues. PBA represents the home building industry at the state level, and often works with individual locals at the municipal level. NAHB represents our industry at the federal level.
